These trail running shoes were made for short to medium distances and are simply perfect for trail races and sky running – the Women’s Lycan from La Sportiva!

The Lycan is equipped with a cushioned heel designed to take the strain off your feet after hours on the trails. The injected EVA foam midsole provides the rest of the foot with the necessary cushioning, whilst the La Sportiva FriXion outsole delivers the traction you need on all surfaces.

As for the upper, it is made of breathable mesh fabric. Plus, La Sportiva used abrasion-resistant microfibre reinforcements for more stability and a locked-down fit in technical terrain. At the toe, they’ve also incorporated TPU protection to shield your foot from rock and debris.
